The whole day, from coffee to candlelight.
We meet by the Riverbank Cafe at 11am for a cuppa and cake, then at 12pm set out on our seven-mile riverside loop to Grassington and back, following the Wharfe past Loup Scar and Linton Falls, with a lunch stop in Grassington (bring your own or buy in the village).
From 4pm-ish to 6.30pm is yours — rest by the river, journal, read, or head to the perfect swim spot for an invigorating dip — before we gather for a light supper and circle by candlelight as the day draws to a close.
